The Pullman on Swanston Melbourne donates over $25,000 of product

On a visit to the Pullman in Swanston Street to discuss our “Silly Socks” being introduced into the guest rooms for purchase, Kylie was given a tour of the hotel.

General Manager of the hotel, James, pointed out a large shelf full of doona protectors that had been purchased during Covid. They were to be disposed of.

Kylie quickly put up her hand on behalf of our Members and said they could definitely be used. James kindly offered for the DV Collective to provide a list of places they were needed and The Pullman would cover the cost of postage and get them sent directly to our members.

We sent out a notification to our members and within hours were were able to allocate 421 doona protectors to many of our members.

With costs ranging from $45 for a single, $70 for a queen and $85 for a king bed, The Pulman donated:

Single – 169, Queen - 208, King – 44 equating to $25,905 in product - that’s without postage!
